Rest Day Deliciousness:

This is an easy throw it in the pot and forget it prep for the week. Once it's finished portion out into servings so they are all ready to go for the week.

INGREDIENTS

34 oz, Beef Stew Meat

32 oz, Organic Chicken Broth

780 gram Baby Yellow Potatoes

480 gram Cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

6 oz Tomato Paste

800 gram Broccoli raw

3 Bay leaves (remove after cooking)

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir tomato paste and chicken stock into the crockpot. Clean and chop the potatoes and broccoli. Add all ingredienets to crockpot and set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4.

Options for portioning out if you weigh and measure.

Option 1: Divide entire crockpot into 8 meals and that is 4 servings per meal.

Option 2: Weigh entire cooked pot and divide by 34, that's the weight of 1 serving. I use grams when I do this method.
