*Synchro is chest touching the bar at the same time and chin over the bar at the same time on the pull-ups.

The goal of the day is to accumulate a high volume of pull-ups spread out over the course of an approximately 15:00 workout. With that said decrease the volume for those not adapted to pull-ups. It needs to be high volume for the individual person.
