The load on the hang power clean is intended to be very challenging, the athlete may not be able to complete 4 reps unbroken on some of the rounds. The deficit on the handstand push-ups is intended to be challenging for all sets. When modifying the handstand push-ups today, choose a difficult option for part 1 and an easier option for part 2.

10 Handstand push-ups
10 Hang power cleans (135lbs/95lbs)

The load on the hang power clean should allow for the first round to be completed unbroken and quick. The handstand push-ups should be cycled quickly on the first couple of rounds.
