3 Rounds for time:
15 Double kettlebell Russian swings (53lbs/35lbs)
*One person does that 15 swings and the 300-meter row, then the next person goes....that is one round.
This is a very posterior chain and grip demanding interval training session. Focus on 100% max efforts each round. The load should be very challenging to complete unbroken but doable on each round. No round for any individual should last more than 2:00.
