Each round is intended to be treated as a sprint effort. The load on the push jerk should be very challenging for 15 reps unbroken on each round. If the athletes needs to take one quick break, that is ok, but the rest should be minimal, decrease the loading if rest become more.

*Have these athletes reduce the height to achieve the lateral box jump if needed have them jump up and step down or step up and step down.
*Reps are reduced to accommodate fatigue of the newer athlete.
