3 Rounds for time:
20 Kettlebell swings (53lbs/35lbs)
20 Front squats (95lbs/65lbs)
20 Box jumps (24"/20")
20 Push press (95lbs/65lbs)
This is meant to be light and fast. Allowing for a fast pace from the beginning, unbroken sets, and fast transitions. This one should a hurt! Faster athletes could be under 7:00 and all athletes should be done in under 12:00.
