Don’t forget to sign up for the CrossFit Eaton Games and/or the CrossFit OPEN. Once we assign teams, you can go on the apparel website (coming very soon) under “COMP GEAR” and get a colored shirt that corresponds with your team’s color. You can also wear one from home if you like.

What about the CrossFit Eaton Games? How does it work? Glad you asked…

Each week of the OPEN (5 weeks) you will have the opportunity to earn 3 points for your team.

-1 point for doing any version of the workout

-1 point for attending either Friday night or Sunday afternoon WODS to cheer on your team

-1 point for counting (scaled) or judging (comp) a fellow athlete’s workout

At the end of the OPEN, we will add up all points and the team with the least, has to bring pot luck food for the winners. Also important to note that workouts will be held on Fridays at 515pm and Sundays at 2pm beginning on February 22. We will have our traditional POT LUCK LAUNCH PARTY following the 515 WOD on February 22.
