10 Strict handstand push-ups

10 Box jumps (30"/24")

10 Strict ring dips

100ft Farmers carry (70/53lbs)

INTENDED STIMULUS AND OPTIONS

This workout will be very demanding on upper body gymnastics pressing stamina. Keep the handstand push-ups and the ring dips strict and ensure a quality range of motion. The box jump height should be a height that allows for consistent reps to be performed. Utilize a load on the farmers carry that is challenging but allows for the 100ft. to be completed in no more than 2 sets.
