This will be Coach Coltin’s last week. His class load is getting crazy as he ventures deeper into his medical degree. We wish him the best and will miss him dearly around CFE! *All sets should be challenging but allow for a build up to a near max on the 2 rep set.

WOD: For time

50 Wall ball shots (20lbs/14lbs)

500-meter row

Intended Stimulus: This should be a near sprint effort where advanced athletes could finish in under 4:00 if they really push the pace. The wall balls should take no longer than 3:00 to complete. Decrease reps if needed to achieve this goal.
