THE CROSSFIT OPEN AND CROSSFIT EATON GAMES ARE COMING!
19.1 will be announced Thursday evening and will be posted here at 7pm. All workouts on Fridays will will be OPEN WODS and in place of open gym Friday nights, we will hold a competition WOD at 515 for 5 weeks. The first Friday night will be followed by a POT LUCK launch party! Please bring a dish to share and BYOB immediately following the WOD.
CrossFit Eaton Games will be scored in the following fashion:
Each team member has the opportunity to earn 3 points for their team each week.
1 point for completing the workout in any class. (although we’d love to have you at one of our event WODS held FRI 515pm and SUN 2pm weekly)
1 point for attending and event WOD FRI or SUN
1 point for judging/counting/encouraging a fellow athlete
At the end of each week, we will add up the totals and keep them running until the OPEN is over. The losing team has to provide food for the closing party on Sunday March 24. REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR TEAM COLORS!
15 Overhead squats
*When one finishes the row another person starts.
This workout should be a very fast-paced burner. Start fast and try to finish fast. The overhead squat load should be challenging but allow for unbroken sets.
