AMRAP 21:00 of:
Person 1: 20/15cal Row or bike
Person 2: AMRAP Knees to elbows
Person 3: AMRAP Front squat (155lbs/105lbs)
Person 4: Rest
*The group rotates when the person rowing/biking is finished.
Expect to have about 1:30 to perform each movement. The knees to elbow will increase the difficulty of the front squat significantly. The load on the front squat should be difficult but allow for at least 10-15 reps to be completed each interval.
