Skill: Power Snatch

Build Up:

2 Sets

3 Position power snatch, Set 1= light load

Set 2= light to moderate load.

Strength:

Every 1:30 for 12:00 (8 sets)

WOD:

For time:

15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3

Power snatch (95lbs/65lbs)

Burpees

This is a short and light burner. Crank at a very fast pace from the beginning and try to hang on. Faster times will be under 5:00 and all athletes should strive to be done in under 7:00.
