3 Rounds 25 Dumbbell push press (40lbs/25lbs)
75 Double unders
With the remaining time, AMRAP Bar-facing burpees

**Use a 95lbs/65lbs barbell if dumbbells are limited.
Intended Stimulus: This will be very demanding on upper-body pressing stamina as well as general conditioning. The initial 50 burpees should not take longer than 6:00 to complete. Attempt to have all athletes complete the 3 round section by 13:00. The load on the push press should be light with no more than 2 quick breaks needed on any round.
