Intended Stimulus: This is intended to be a workout where the athlete can run and deadlift at a fast pace while transitioning quickly between each movement. The load on the deadlift should be moderate, potentially allowing the set of 21 reps to be completed unbroken. Even though the deadlifts are not heavy, still expect the hamstring fatigue to significantly impact performance on the run.
