100/80 cal Row or Bike

100 Thrusters (45/35)

Stimulus and Options:

Lightweight and High Rep, this one should challenge leg and shoulder stamina. If you row, you could be done in under 10 minutes. If you bike, you’ll make up ground on this month’s challenge. The thruster weight should be light enough that you can complete 25 unbroken. Consider decreasing cals to make sure you’re done in under 8 minutes on the rower or bike. Reduce load on thruster to meet the 25 rep intent.
