Handstand Push-ups

INTENDED STIMULUS:

This is a short classic CrossFit benchmark workout. The deadlift load is moderate, with quick sets being able to be completed. For most athletes, the handstand push-ups will be the limiting factor. Break up sets early and often to maintain consistency. If an athlete cannot complete 8-10 reps consecutively, reduce the total number of reps.
