30 Double unders

15 Power snatches (75lbs/55lbs)

*Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10:00.

This is a classic couplet of two moderate skill level movements. It's also the first ever CrossFit Open workout (11.1). This workout is intended to be completed at a fast pace with high reps being accumulated over the course of the 10:00 duration. With that being said, those that can perform these movements safely should attempt this workout as prescribed, even if high reps will not be accumulated.
