WOD #1:

PUSH PRESS + POWER JERK

Every 2:30 for 15:00 (5 sets)

3 Push press + 1 power jerk

WOD#2:

Every minute on the minute for 14:00 (14 sets):

5 Push-ups

5 Pull-ups

5 Push-ups

15 Squats

*Wear a 20lbs/14lbs weight vest or body armor if planning to do so for Murph.
