HANG POWER CLEAN


Every 4:00 for 20:00 (5 sets)

4 Hang power cleans

*Cannot drop the bar between reps


Attempt to find a 4 rep max hang power clean. The first weight should be challenging but allow for a build up for the next 2-3 sets. Top end sets should occur at set 3 or 4, before backing the load down for the final 1-2 sets.
