This workout will be very intensive on the entire trunk. Ensure that the back position stays optimal during the deadlift and swings. The toes to bar volume is moderate and reps should be able to be completed consistently on each round. The deadlift weight is moderate and the first round should be able to be completed unbroken. The sit-up volume is not very high, but expect the preceding movements to increase the demand significantly.
