Intended Stimulus: Light weight and relatively high-skill burner. The load on the hang squat cleans should allow for the first 27 reps to be completed in less than 2:00. Consider performing quick sets of 9 reps with 0:05 rest between sets to accumulate the reps instead of attempting all 27 reps unbroken. Breaking up the sets earlier may allow for better sustainability throughout the rest of the workout. The muscle-up volume is moderately high at 21 reps. Utilize a variation and reps scheme that allows for consistency and minimal failed reps.
