Big thanks to the Lopezes for hosting an amazing CFE Party! We laughed until our sides hurt! We all decided that we have so much fun getting together that we need to try to schedule one every month! So the Contrerases will host the next one in August… Save the date: August 23.
As July progresses, the HERO WODs continue. They are extremely challenging, as they should be, so be smart, scale accordingly and TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY! Take care of the minor aches and pains before they become major ones! (@ Todd) :)
