Partner WOD: 6 rounds for time

7/5 Ring Muscle-ups

21/15cal Row or air bike

*One person does 7/5 muscle ups and 21/15cal row/bike then the next person goes....each person does 3 rounds.

Keep the clock running from part 1.

When the clock hits 15:00 complete: With a partner, 6 rounds for time:

12 Double kettlebell front squats (53lbs/35lbs)

75 Double unders

*One person does 12 squats and 75 double unders, then the next person goes....each person does 3 rounds.
