3 Dumbbell manmakers (50lbs/35lbs)
AMRAP calories air bike or row in the remaining time.
Score = total calories biked or row
*One person completes the 2:00 interval and then the next person goes. Each person does 7 rounds.
This is intended to be a challenging interval workout where the athletes should have at least 1:00 to row or bike on each interval. The load on the dumbbell manmaker is moderate and should not take any longer than 0:45-1:00 to complete.
