Front squat (185lbs/125lbs)

*Perform 50 double unders before each round

Stimulus:

The load on the front squat should be challenging to complete 10 reps unbroken with. There should not be more than 2-3 breaks on the front squat throughout the duration of this workout. Faster athletes could be done in under 5:00 with no one going over 10:00.
