MONTHLY CHALLENGE: SLIM DOWN SEPTEMBER! For the month of September we will have a weight loss challenge!


Here are the details: Everyone that would like to participate will need to weigh in at the gym using our scale, wearing gym clothes and no shoes for weigh ins and weigh outs. Coaches must verify and document weights. We will declare the winner by body weight percentage lost in order to keep it fair. Weigh ins will start this week and end September 30. With the CrossFit Open starting in October (registration is open by the way), this is a perfect time to dial in those diets and put it some extra effort at the gym!
