The CrossFit Eaton Games are upon us! CrossFit releases the first WOD Oct. 10! We will have 3 teams in our gym again this year: Team BLACK, Team RED and Team GREY. If your name isn’t on the white board and you’d like to participate, please get signed up! The rules are easy: Each person earns points for their team by doing the workout, counting reps/judging for someone, and cheering/encouraging others. The most you can get each week is 3 points. The team with the most points wins!
