Efficient and effective

CrossFit combines elements of gymnastics, Olympic lifting,power lifting and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing). Workouts are constantly varied, intense and leave you feeling... well you just have to see for yourself. It is the most efficient and effective method for reaching your health and fitness goals. 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
