CrossFit is good for bringing you back to the present. Stress from a day at work or school vanishes as soon as you start on your way to your daily CrossFit WOD. Pre workout, your palms sweat and butterflies roll in your stomach. When you hear "3...2...1...go!", all thoughts leave your mind and you become of singular focus. There is no past, no future, only the prescribed movements to complete. You are completely engulfed in the moment. Then you finish, completely spent, euphoric and in oxygen debt. It feels good, and the best part is you get to do it again tomorrow.
