3 high hang snatch + 3 overhead squat

 

Workout of the day (WOD):

 

"Lynne's Twin"

 

5 rounds

Max Rep Overhead squat 135 lbs. (scale as needed)

Max Rep Muscle-Ups

Rest up to 5 minutes between rounds
