Fellas. 10! means 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. MWOD is the mobility WOD. There is no sleep for you Mike. You can sleep Friday. Just in case though, after the warm up it's 3x5 shoulder press, then 6x 500 meters row. 3-5 minutes between sets. MIght be slightly different for those in class. Thought you should know though, the "tough girl" is gonna be there in the morning. She says that she'd be happy to work out like a "man" when you do...
