10 OHS, 10 Sit-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 good morning squats

 

WOD:

"Barbara"

5 rounds

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.  Scale as needed...

Sorry Peeps, that I missed Monday's workout. Tuesday's sounds even more helllish!! It's midnight and Bren and I are heading to Broomfield to pick up this week's edition. Heading to Green Bay at noon. Have a nice Thanksgiving and we'll see you when I return next Monday.
