10 Turkish Get Ups (R/L)

10 Pistols (R/L)

10 Back Extensions

WOD

7x1 Sumo Deadlifts

*Work up to a 1 rep max.  Take at least 1 1/2  minutes and nio more than 3 minutes rest between sets. 

Finish with: 

Big Loop/Row intervals and MWOD
