The 4 Oh's worked on kipping pull-up progression and max effort pull-ups. We worked the Burgener warm-up as a snatch assistance exercises and then did a tabata mash-up of Sumo Deadlift high pull and push-ups! Nice job all. Rest up and eat well this weekend.
