Warm up with 2 rounds of:

15 squats

10 pull ups

10 push ups

30 second L-Sits

30 Second superman

Strength:

3x5 Deadlift

WOD:

For Total Reps

2 rounds with no rest:

2 minutes KB Swings (1.5p/1p)

2minutes max toes to bar

2 minutes max squat snatch (75/55)
