Mo.....

 

Mo pointed out that many people have put some pull-up related goal on the goal board.  So let's build some capacity!

WU:  Run or Row 500 meters

3 rds

5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

Then: 8 reps of

Weighted halting pull-up negatives, use 1/2 weighted pull-up max weight

 

WOD:

Tabata These:

Ring Rows, squats, sit-ups, push-ups
