Standard CF warm-up

3 rds: 10 each

pull-ups, ring dips, sit-ups, squats, sampson stretch

WOD:

5 rounds of:

3 min AMRAP

3 Squat Clean (135/95)

6 Push-ups

9 Box Jumps

Rest 2 minutes between rounds, score each round.
