I have heard some great goals. Time to get them on the board for all to see. I heard some around body composition and some around performance. Keep them measurable, specific and set a completion date.

10 walking luinges
WOD:
Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats
rest 3 minutes
Then 3 rds
Max rep jumping ring dips in 1 minute
Rest one minute
