I can't figure out why I felt so tired today. My back was really sore after the wod. It kept feeling like it was going to cramp up. Conrad had me lay on my back and relax while he poked my stomach. He said that it made the muscles in my stomach tense up and the ones on my back would relax. I can't remember what he called it but it worked. Thanks Conrad. See you Tuesday.
