My goodness! What a wod. I love these kind of workouts. It's all about you. No weights. Just you. How far can i push myself? How far can I go? Can I finish? I look at the board and see the number 10, it doesn't look like much. Then I read the rest of the workout and try to figure out how many reps I will actually do to complete the wod. I stare at the board thinking to myself. Can I do this? I tape my hands, because I see that there are pullups involved. We warm up as a group and get started. We start with hand stand pushups and keep moving through the list on the board. It's 10 then 20 then 30 and so on until we reach 100, and then 30 minutes and 11 seconds later. I've done it. I completed the wod. I pushed myself to the end. I made it. Then I look at the board again (while I'm sucking air) and think to myself. Damn that's alot. I love these wods.
