Spring is teasing and there's nothing like sunshine, fresh air and and motivated people in the box to get you going. If you're not here, get here. You're missing all the fun and hard work is contagious. But, if you're not going to be here, get outside and do something else fun. Ride your bike, go for a run, play some volleyball, whatever. Better yet, get here and train so that when you go outside to play, you suprise yourself with how good it feels to to do what you love to do and to do it well.

Warm up with:
Run/Row 500 Meters
50 Double Unders
50 Squats
Bergener
Snatch Drills
WOD: 3 Rounds
3min AMPRAP
10 Pull ups
10 Push Ups
Rest one minute
3min AMRAP
10 Squats
10 Sit ups
*For those of you that are competing and are frantically looking for any info you can find on the 1st WOD, we're with you. No worries though, you'll sleep better tonight not knowing...
