In a perfectly executed clean, the arms should be used solely to pull the body under the bar, which requires bending at the hips. The arms bending before the hips retreat is less efficient.

Row 500 then 50 double unders
3x5 weighted ring dips
WOD:
10 min AMRAP
5 ring dips
10 one arm KB swings (1.5/1 pood)
15 Sit-Ups

Great idea Bruce! whats a little running after u crush a pr? Tiny did 15 pull ups with no bands yesterday! Previous pr was 7. Nathan went crazy too. 3X5 unassisted!
