Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

-RIP, in this case actually stands for Mark Rippetoe. Our saying on the wall is also RIP quote. Still my favorite line is "You used to be worthless and weak" -Becca Hartley. I think we need that on a shirt.

Well we are done with the crossfit games. Dang, just when I was getting into them. I was really amazed at how it brought out the competitiveness in me. I thought those days were long gone. I couldn't sleep the night before and I was getting butterflies the day of the competition. I had a great time. I encourage everybody to think about joining the games next year. We did very well for a team that only had seven members. We hung with some teams that had double if not triple the members. I want to thank Kevin, Christina, Tina and Conrad for encouraging me to join in on all the fun. Just wait until next year. Crossfit Eaton will Return!!
