One of the fundamental principles of CrossFit is increasing ones capacity for work. During this last programming cycle, we worked at increasing both skill and capacity with regard to pull ups and ringdips. Today, we're going to put all that hard work to good use.
Warm up with:
PVC
Bergener
3x10 Scarecrow Snatch
Strength:
3x5 Deadlift (Same Rx as yesterday)
WOD:
10 Rounds
5 Pull Ups
7 Ring Dips
9 Sumo Deadlifts (165/110)

After Mondays wod I found muscles that hadn't been used in years. Tuesday hurt! Wednesday seemed to find something worth digging deeper for. Thursday I found myself wanting something I hadn't felt in 18 years, The Drive! So with a slightly embarrassing weight I hit the wod, going back to an old quote the 5 p's. Perfect Practice Precedes Profitable Performance. I want more not because others are lifting more or doing it faster, but because I Can. Thank you Eaton coaches and thank you eaton crossfit members.
