Get your beauty sleep

Just a reminder that sleep is every bit as important as what you eat and how hard you train.  How much sleep is enough sleep though?  There's a great article you can read at http://www.sleepfoundation.org/article/how-sleep-works/how-much-sleep-do-we-really-need

In a nut shell, the article says there's no "magic number" and there are alot of variables to consider, but here's a chart to give you a place to start:

Strength:

Deadlifts 1RM

WOD:

12min AMRAP

5 Toes to Bar

10 Overhead Lunges (45/25)

15 Double Unders

Great job to everybody who reached or bettered there one rep max. Ben and Bruce had so much weight on the bar it looked like there feet sank into the floor. Malisa's bar looked like it was going to snap in half, Angelo and Nathan were amazing. They made those deadlifts look like a walk in the park. keep it up you Eaton crossfitters. Oh! and T. It's toes to bar from now on baby! You little stud.
