After hearing that Christina is doing 2 a days, I can't fell sorry for myself. My hands may hurt and I'm sore all over, but she still kicked my butt and had time to come over tape my hands and encourage me to complete the wod. Thanks Christina. Thanks Nathan for helping me with the pull-ups. Like I said. We get by with a little help from our friends.

We might not all be there in person, but we will all be there in spirit. One way or another we will all be cheering you on. We know that you will be giving 110 percent. Making all us Eaton crossfitters proud. T and myself will be there screaming our heads off. Just listen for us. If we don't see you at crossfit today, Good luck!! and Kick Butt!! We are leaving town Tuesday to visit our son and his family. See you at the games.
