It's hhhhhot!

 

 

Hottest day of the summer yet and what do we do? We workout OUTSIDE!  The 4pm class caught the hottest wod, by 5:00 the clouds came in.  We're getting some good running and rowing in this week.  Remember to focus on good technique!  Today's wod is a team row:

Whew! Hot, dry, sweaty. The wod today was one of the tuffest, because of the heat. I can remember when I was young (just a few years ago). I could run around in the sun all day and it didn't bother me at all. Now. Wow!! I went home flopped down on the bed and didn't move until T said she was going for a walk at 8:30. Didn't get nothing done but feel good now.
