How do you describe CrossFit?

I was just talking about this with a CrossFit Eaton member today...when people ask "what is CrossFit?", how do you answer?  It's tough to just give a one sentence answer.  There's so much to it, you almost need 15 minutes just to touch the surface!  How do you answer that question?

The first thing I say is that it's awesome. Then I go on to tell them that it's challenging and addicting, I tell them about all the great people I've met and the new friends I've made. I then tell them about some of the workouts that we do and some of the weight that we lift. Then they tell me that I'm crazy. But you're right. You really need alot of time to really explain what Crossfit is all about.
