Pull Ups (If you have your kipping pull ups down, it's time to move onto chest to bars. If chest to bars are yesterday's news, it's time to start dominating the butterfly!)

Look at that board! All those PRs. Thats a testament to the trainers that we have. All the work they put in is really showing. They guide us, push us, encourage us and make sure we reach the goals we have set for ourselves. Some goals can be attained in a short period. Others take some time. Don't be afraid to set goals. Set some high so you really have to put in the time to reach it. ( Like Nathan ) Set some that can be achieved in a short period of time so you don't get burned out trying for that big one. Just remember, if you don't reach some of the goals you set for yourself you're still a winner because you tried. My next goal is to master the butterfly.
