I'm ready for a workout. It seem like ages since I last worked out. You know how you're like when will this workout end? Then it's over and you're like, that wasn't so bad. Thats how I will be tomorrow when I'm on #s 6&5, but when it's over I will look back and say. What the %#*! was I thinking. This is hard!!

Wow!! What a workout. I was right in my thinking yesterday. Half way through the wod I was thinking to myself. Finish, just finish. It feels great when I can do the wod with the recomended weight. I can't do them all, but every once in a while I will get one. What will tomorrow bring?
